I submitted a coin for what I believed to be a Kennedy half dollar on the wrong planchet. I am not a expert on coins and dont care to be.
When I submitted the coin, I had put a questionable comment on the form order number 2310**** about the submission. I was shocked that the coin was not weighed to measure the weight of the coin, and if this would had been performed the inspector would had known the coin was underweight. 8.8 grams vs 11.3 grams. I had contacted PCGS about the weight before it was shipped at your location and was told that this could not be done.
I was then t hold that if something was not correct to send it back to be regraded. If the coin was misgraded it would be redone to check my concerns and I would not be charged. We I called your location after I received the coin and it was not recorded to be on the quarter stock . So yes I was incorrect on my discrepancy but again how do you not weigh the coin for authenticity?
Please help me understand this. Now Im told I will have to pay another $65 dollars to send the coin back to you. This is what I believe not to be a good workable decision. I would have know problem paying if I had sent a coin that I had not questioned in advance by paper and phone conversation.
This is not about getting something for free, but the correct validation of my coin., Needless to say I am extremely disappointed in your company. Gregg Jones Amateur Coin Collector

They just graded my coins I haven’t gotten back yet this company is a fraud and I will take my complaint to my attorney general here in Indiana
Preferred solution: I’ve been into the metal business all my life I have been a inspector with fine metal this company is a *** fraud
Try ANACS or NGC avoid a headache.
